Past Yoga Retreats

Autumn Hike & Yoga Retreat
November 21st, 2015

This day long retreat took place on Mt. Tamalpais.  10 yogis spent the day hiking, practicing yoga on the West Peak and breathing in the stunning views.  We communed over deliciously and thoughtfully catered food, and partook in the Improv Play Workshop.

The Revival of the Sisterhood
Women's Retreat, Big Sur
January 22-24, 2016

This was a beautiful and sacred 3 day all women's wilderness yoga retreat in Big Sur.  7 women gathered in the forrest to practice daily yoga, explore the Big Sur wilderness, hike, partake in ritual and ceremony, commune over vegan prepared meals by on-site chef, and revive our divine sisterhood.

The Secret Beach Retreat
February 6, 2016

12 beautiful yogis travelled from far away lands including San Francisco, Walnut Creek, and Sacramento to frolic in the woods, hike up steep ravines, explore a secret beach and collect washed up whale bones, practice yoga on a mountain top, commune over vibrantly colorful food, and laugh their socks off.  They partook in 3 different styles of yoga including vinyasa, Acro and partner yoga.  They laughed, sang, ate, and flowed with their bodies to their hearts delight.  By the end of this full day they were exhausted with delight and their hearts were singing all the way home.

Sky Camp Hike & Yoga Retreat
April 16, 2016

On this day 12 yogis opened their minds, bodies, and hearts to a day of play in the Pt. Reyes wilderness.  Together they hiked, danced, played, chanted, flowed, jumped, breathed in the sky and the sun and the trees, laid down in the grass while Bodhi played the Native flute and singing bowls and chimes, offered gratitude, supported one another in partner yoga, absorbed the wisdom of our ancestors and Mother Earth, and ate delicious food to our hearts delight.  It was a wonderful day of sharing and community and celebrating our beloved brother, Femi Akinnabe's birthday.  Our hearts were rejuvenated, spirits nourished, and inner child engaged.  Thank you everyone who came out to join us on such a beautiful retreat.  I am grateful to all the yogis who continue to remain open to sharing such beautiful and wild experiences together.  Stay wild.
